Go there, fill in the forms. Section #3 has a drop down menu: Select the one that says: “Please Reset my Auto-Responding account”.
Be sure to fill in all boxes, provide reasons why you believe your account went “auto responding” and your account should be reset.
When your account gets reset, you will have full access to your groups, again.

Go to
Complete all information.
On Item #7, use the down arrow and select “Other”. Type in “How do I reset my autoresponder status”.
On Item #8, explain what you were doing that might have put you on autoresponder status.
When all information is completed, click “Send” at the very bottom of page.
Yahoo usually will go ahead and reset that status for you.
