Gmail has a basic one built in, you can send 1 reply message to the sender. You can now add filters to send a canned response to emails that contain keywords.

You need if you want a good one, where you can set up a series of individual timed messages. Manage campaigns and use it for more than 1 single message.

I know Gmail has one, you simply go to settings and you should be able to find it.

GMail is the best to use as auto responder

Gmail has autoresponder.Not aware about others as I use Gmail.
