Somebody sent me a reply saying the system would be shut until Weds cos of overload!! Ive been in touch with Customer Care by chat. They say there IS a UK server problem but its not true that the system will be shut down. Its quite comforting to chat live to somebody but lets see if anything happens??? They told me my case would be forwarded to the engineering dept!! Like others, I reply on Yahoo Mail for small business.
Have others been in touch with Yahoo about Mail server probs?

Take my tip…… DON’T ‘rely’ (or ‘reply’) on it – YOU CAN’T!! If you want half-decent free and ‘reply-able’ email, switch to Google Gmail – a far superior offering which DOESN’T FREQUENTLY GO DOWN!!

I’m in Spain and they have the same problem on Yahoo.es although they use the same address for mail i.e Europe so I don’t think it is a UK server problem as such. However I am pleased to see there is a way of actually contacting Yahoo, I’ll remember it for the future!
