I am using company laptop (Vista) and connected to our mail server to check my emails. The computer setup for Two user, one as administrator and the other user will be me. I want to know is it possible for company to monitor what I am doing when I am away from office and using internet to connect to company email server. How I can find this.

If you are just checking email from home then no. However if you are physically handing back the laptop at some stage then sure they can check what you have been up to.

Yes it is quite possible if they installed the right software on you laptop. How can you find it? A technician may be able to find it but finding it yourself could be tricky. Should you find it? No, because they will be able to see that you uninstalled it and then you will get in trouble.

It’s a company computer and set up to connect to the office. I would ask about permission to connect to their system when you are not at work. Being a company computer they have every right to monitor access to their computer and it’s email system. Be safe, ask for permission.
