Overloaded WITH TELEPHONE CALLS?



I run a fitness center and when I am out of the office I get many telephone inquires and have trouble keeping up on who called and when I need to call them back and It seems I am loosing many leads because of my inability to manage theese calls effectivly. I was curious to see if there was any software out there that would assist me in keeping things in order. I am kind of having the same problem with email as well. So if you know of something for both…that would be awsome!!

    I assume you’re American; In the uk we have a telephone preference service that eliminates junk calls.
    I’m sure you have something similar, but you may need to pay.

    are you the only person there??? if yes then hire some staff to get you calls and do filing and other secretarial work. if you already have someone there then get them to pick up the phone and take a message.

    CRM – Customer Relations Management – software is the system you are thinking of. There are many solutions available out there, ranging from free (as in beer) to fairly expensive.

    SugarCRM is one of the notable free solutions.
