I have the same question going with another country not to confuse anyone.
Working on college project and internet not being a lot of help on this one.
Anyway:
If you were doing business with those in VietNam, what is the best way to communicate with the administrators there – via todays technology? (email, cell, pda, etc) And why?
**Also if anyone has any leads on where I can locate any info on this online, please advise. Im looking for info on different countries/and different business positions as well.

I use the telephone mostly. Also a lot of emails. And I visit every 3-4 months. I do not speak Vietnamese, but many there read and/or speak English.
I hire a translator when need be.
