Does anyone know the secret to getting a reply from Yahoo about a mail service problem?

I am still not receiving all of my mail from my group! I have tried: changing my Yahoo ID, unsubscribing and re-subscribing to my list, making sure my mail option is set to individual emails, and my account is not bouncing. Not only do I not receive the mail in my inbox but for some reason I cannot even forward the posts from the site to my inbox- they just never show up. When I click on “reply” I get “message has no body” most of the time. I have tried to contact Yahoo about the problem several times and have had no reply. It’s really frustrating trying to participate in a group and not having access to all of the mail. Help please!

Don’t rely on yahoo to provide sufficient or reliable e-mail service. Especially if you have a free account. They make their money of the premium customers. They also don’t give a crap if you are getting constant phish e-mail (e-mails mocking legitimate companies trying to get you to log on to your account through their fake website that looks like the legitimate companies website). I would have all of your e-mail sent through a good e-mail server (can’t recommend one…I use my local area network e-mail, which by the way comes with telephone customer service). Just quit yahoo and find another email server like Microsoft’s and use it…at least if you are having problems you can call someone and get live help. Sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance
