I need help with my homework here’s an alternate example.
Researchers believe age and rehersal can help test performance.
Independent variables: age (young and old) and rehearsal (rehearsed and not rehearsed)
Researchers get 100 people. 50 are aged 60-70 and the other 50 are aged 20-30. Each of the 50 are split up into two groups were they either rehearse (basically pratice the material) or not for 3 weeks. 3 weeks later they are given a test.
Conclusions are:
rehearsed old: 87
reheased young: 89
unrearsed old: 33
unreahersed young: 34
Is there are signifcant difference in age?
And condition?
