Since the email address I got with my broadband was impossible to remember (it was similar to, but not HDV1675385G before the @ symbol) I bought my surname as a .com so I could be firstname @ lastname . com.
Well, right now I’m getting about 1000 bounced spams every day, since the slime buckets have hijacked my domain name and are sending out their junk emails with my email address as the ‘from’ field.

Your mail hosting company must be using an insecure mail server. They are an open spam relay. Contact their postmaster and complain.

From your domain? you can block there ip address.
If you have this persons Email address, you can track there IP address.
you can sign up there, then on the next page, you will see instructions how to make this track possible.
Or you can just report them to your email provider.
i bet this guy/woman is using some “Email sender”, i have had this problem before. you can just block them, and block there ip address, and report them.
