My brother just found out that his ex girlfriend lied to him about the paternity of their son! Come to find out after a year and half that the baby my brother has been raising is not biologically his!
They have been split up since b4 the baby was born.. but he has had an active role in the babies life! She did a paternity test when Skyler was 4 months old, and my brother took her word that he was the father!.. now after raising skyler as his own and Getting the whole family attached to the child.. he finds out that the paternity test showed another guy as the father!!
Are there any laws to help him still be able to see the child…???
To top off the matters..
She has known that Skyler was not my brothers for over a year now..
and has been leaving him with his biological dad who just recently got out of prison on many drug charges!
