I belong to a group that regularly keeps in contact via email. Almost everyone in the group utilizes a different ISP or free Web Mail service. My particular account is with Time Warner Road Runner.
When I send email, all recipients receive the email. When all other group members send mail I receive all of the mail with the exception of one member. This member uses a free YAHOO web account. I do not receive approximately 10% of his email he is sending and he receives a MAILER-DAEMON back that says “Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.”.
He has forwarded each of these to me and they were each sent to the correct address. I have contacted my provider and they tell me that it is an issue with YAHOO and not them. As far as I know I am receiving all mail that is being sent to me from other sources and this is the only problem child.
Does any one have a suggestion to eliminate the problem? Thanks!
