im hoping to be able to claim for maternity allowance,
from the 66week test period i have worked 22weeks in the UK, though a further 23weeks abroad, my test period is from 17th january08-23rd april. i returned from australia end february.
would i still be eligible for maternity allowance? its says you have to have worked 26weeks, ive worked 45weeks, though its split as 22weeks in UK and 23 abroad.
ive been on jobseekers since getting back and just recently put in a claim for income support.
