How can I get incoming mail and outgoing e-mail server anme ?

I want to set up my yahoo account as my mail account on my Mac, but need the incoming mail server.

I accidentally didn’t switch off the “keep mail on server” option in Thunderbird and hence deleted all my mails in the Yahoo server inbox. All my mails are on Thunderbird now. Is there someway I can copy back the mails to the Yahoo server?
I have more than 3000 emails which got deleted! Is there someway to transfer all of them at once?

Yahoo: For the incoming mail server I chose Pop3, but for the out going I believe I chose the same Pop 3 and it looks like it shoud be SMTP, how can I change this, I am unable to send emails on my Yahoo account because of this mistake. Can someone be very specific as to what I need to do. Thanks.

I keep having a pop-up window on my computer, even when I’m not online, that asks me for my user name and password. It says its from the yahoo mail server. I’m not sure why it even started. What do I do?

Does anyone know the server information for Yahoo mail? I am trying to activate an email account using Windows Mail, but at the end of the ‘installation’ a window pops up titled ‘Logon to pop.mail.yahoo.com (1)’ and states ‘Please verify that both the username and password are correct for your mail server.’ Within the box is a orange flower. I am trying to add yahoo email to my Mail service that is similar to outlook, but for Mac’s. I have already added my VCU email, and now im trying to add my yahoo email so that I can go straight to that instead of signing into Yahoo Mail. Also what type of server is it? Pop, IMAP, or Exchange?
