I can’t figure out my outgoing or incoming mail server for my free yahoo mail acount. I need to find it so i can set up outlook. Please HELP ME!

I have cricket wireless and it does not have a mail server. How can I use yahoo so when I check mail from windows mail it will search my yahoo account? I asks for a server.
