A small company contacted me that deals with very small businesses like myself. I am a freelance exhibition stand and interior designer, I work for firms filling in when they have too much work.

The company that contacted me offer the service below, which is something I am no good at as my telephone sales skills are not brilliant. Do you think it is a useful service or would I end up annoying the potential clients in my industry?
Or should I just be chasing clients myself with difficulty? Would it even be something design teams would find freelancers through?

“If you would like to test e-marketing then we could develop an email and distribute to approximately 120 contacts. We will then follow the email up with a telephone call and pass the feedback and any leads onto you. I appreciate budget is tight therefore Your Sales Manager will provide this service for £150. As you can appreciate this is a very competitive rate considering the list building, script developing, e-marketing and also telemarketing that is to be undertaken”

Many Thanks

I have published a book called “23 Legal Defenses to Foreclosure” and would like to know the best cost-effective ways of marketing it. That is, the best ways to get book stores, libraries, and the public to start buying it. I’ve already got a web site at http://www.foreclosure-fight.com

Thanks-

I need to make a real estate web page. It should be full of information –which I have: pictures, text, pdf documents etc. The property is to be marketed around the globe. I need to connect to a local and/or “outsource” for a competitive price and honest, decent work–he/she must know the field real estate etc. so a productive and responsive web site could ensue. Guide me in directing to the right sources–location is less important than honest delivery and marketing of the site. Thanks 2 all who share their expertise.

I’m pursuing the development of a concept for a large, content heavy dot com start up, basically an answers and research site, and need to know what best things to consider, from all angles, including technology infrastructure, legal, budgetary, insurance, best filing status, marketing, organizational charts, etc. I’m only looking for successful plans representing web properties that have succeeded. Does anyone know where I can find even one?

I’m taking a marketing class and need to find out how a retailer tracks inventory and such by the last 2 digits of a price. I’m not refering to psychological or odd pricing. The example the professor used in class was say the price is $9.87, the 87 might mean discontinued item to the retailer, or 5.34 might mean slow seller don’t restock. I’ve searched everywhere on the web. I think these are probably retailer specific. Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
